BothKeep the rhythm you have. 3 to 4 carousels a week: the simple ones you make, the designed ones (like the workout video carousels) we make.
Not with the members we have today. With new members every day, and a simple routine that finds the women who want more of you and invites them up to Premium and VIP. Everything is here, so you could run it yourself. And here's the part we take off your plate.
That's how many people need to visit our Skool about page every day to reach $30K a month by March.
How many new members move up to Premium or VIP. The more who do, the fewer visitors we need.
| Move up | New members by March | Visitors a day | Premium + VIP clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nobody | ~1,100 | ~250 | 0 |
| 1 in 20 · our plan | ~700 | ~150 | ~35 |
| 1 in 8 | ~450 | ~100 | ~55 |
If members start leaving at a normal rate (about 5 in 100 a month), we need about 20% more visitors. Skool's own benchmark is 6 new members a day to reach about $35K a month in 150 days; our plan is about 5.
Only with women who already told us they're serious. 15 minutes each, with the script below.
On these calls she talks about her weight, her body and everything she has tried. That lands best with a woman, and the woman she joined for is you.
In every community, a few people want the problem solved fast and will pay for it. Not more content: you, looking at their situation. Our ladder already has a place for them:
We've already seen it work: signing a few members onto Premium got us to $2K faster than we expected.
What's missing is the bridge: a simple, weekly way to find those women among the members and invite them up. That's this plan.
$30K a month doesn't come from the members we have today. It comes from new members joining every day, and from this routine inviting the right ones up. Here's what $30K a month looks like:
These 35 women bring in $11,695 a month, more than a third of it. Finding them is the job of this plan.
Monthly revenue at the end of each month. November is the slow one; the pace builds as Skool's ads, your stories and word of mouth add up. Every check-in point clears Skool's program gates.
Both paces end in the same place: about 700 new members, 35 of them on Premium or VIP, and $30,735 a month. The only difference is speed. The stretch fits five months of work into three, so every day and every week needs about 1.7 times more.
| Five months end of March | Stretch end of January | Extra | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visitors a day | ~150 | ~260 | +110 |
| New members a day | ~5 | ~8 | +3 |
| New Premium clients a month | ~6 | ~10 | +4 |
| New VIP clients a month | ~1 | ~2 | +1 |
| Your 15-minute calls a week | ~5 | ~8 | +3 |
The five-month numbers are averages: slower in November, faster by spring.
Our Skool numbers for the last 30 days: 892 visitors and 68 new members. That's 7.6% of visitors joining, which is excellent. It won't stay that high: those 30 days include members moving over from Mighty, and new visitors who don't know you yet join less often. So the plan assumes 3 in every 100.
Your stories get 10,000 to 12,000 views a day. 150 visitors a day is about 1 in every 75 story views tapping through to the about page. Stories can carry most of it; the feed, the carousels and Skool's ads bring the rest.
Last 30 days, 68 new members.
Big picture: we're already doing most of it. Everything points to The Shift, nothing else.
Keep the rhythm you have. 3 to 4 carousels a week: the simple ones you make, the designed ones (like the workout video carousels) we make.
This is where you sell. A few member wins, a bit of your real life, and one clear invitation a day to join The Shift.
Wins in the community become stories. Stories bring new members. New members post new wins. Skool's ads also spend more on communities that convert and keep members, so the welcome DMs help here too.
Three questions, answered in a minute. Every new member gets a personal hello and a place to start, which also keeps people from leaving. And it shows us who wants more.
A short diagnosis call: you look at her situation, and if it fits, you offer Premium or VIP. It's a sales conversation, not free coaching, so it keeps your rule that everything that sells your time has a price. The full script is below.
The strongest lever of all: the women who read it already trust you. Real, limited spots keep it honest. The comments also earn points on the Skool leaderboard.
Every "Premium" comment or DM gets a call invite from us.
We add it with Skool's Links plugin so it shows next to the community, and use the cover area on the community page too. We'll also add a last lesson to Start Here that points to Premium, since that course was written before the tiers had today's names.
Everyone who joined before this plan gets the step 1 message too. They're the warmest audience we have.
We train an active member who loves the community, often someone high on the leaderboard, to send the welcome DMs and book the serious ones into your calendar. You keep the calls.
Six moves. You already know most of them from how you coach the hard floor: ask, listen, mirror it back.
Set the tone: this call is for her.
"Thank you for making the time! This call is to make sure you get everything you need out of The Shift."
Get her to say the problem, and what it costs her, out loud.
"What made you join? What's the goal? What's holding you back?"
Then go deeper
"Tell me more about that." · "Can you give me an example?"
"If nothing changed in the next 6 to 12 months, what would that mean for you?"
"Is this something you want, or something you really need?"
Say it back so she hears it, and so she knows you heard her.
"So you joined because you want ___, but you're struggling with ___ and ___. Is that right?"
Ask before you offer anything.
"Before I finish your onboarding: if there were an option that gets you to ___ faster, with more support from me, would you be open to hearing about it?"
If she says no: walk her through Start Here and the calendar, and end the call warmly. No pitch.
Your own line does the work. Then the tier that fits her.
"You're not stuck because you're failing. You're stuck because no one has looked at your specific situation."
"Standard gives you what generally works. Premium is me looking at your situation: I build your workouts and your meals around your family's food, you text me anytime, and you send me a short daily update so I can adjust as we go."
"Everything in Premium, plus a 30-minute call with me every week."
"Is that something you'd want?"
"What has losing the same 10 pounds again cost you so far?"
"Premium is built around your 20 minutes, not mine. Most of it happens by text."
"Of course. What would you need to know to decide?"
Talk less than she does. Same rule as the hard floor: when she names the problem herself, she owns it. Your job on this call is to ask, listen and reflect it back, then offer.
Weekly targets at the five-month pace.
Upgrades per call.
We start by guessing 1 in 3. After the first month the real number replaces the guess, and it tells us how many calls the plan needs.
By March the plan has you coaching 29 women on Premium and 6 on VIP. That's about 3 hours a week of VIP calls, a little over an hour of 15-minute calls, and 29 women sending you daily updates by text. Can you carry that? Tell us how many spots you can take now (that number goes in the monthly post) and what you'd need to get to 35.
Only for members who score 8 or more. It's a diagnosis that ends in an offer, not free coaching. Does that fit "everything that sells my time has a price" for you?
Your Calendly consult is 30 minutes. Can you add a 15-minute event for these calls, or should we use the 30-minute one?
The welcome messages are written as you. Are you OK with us sending them from your Skool account, so members hear from you?
